Clarity is supporting the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF), based in Newcastle but providing support to children from all across the UK. CHUF’s mission is to make life better for children and young people who are born with or develop heart conditions by providing holistic and lifelong support to them and their families. The charity raises vital funds for large and small pieces of equipment, aftercare, salaries, and research for one of only 2 heart units in the country that can deal with child heart transplant and complex cases.
