Agilio Software today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Inica’s specialist cloud based dental software modules.
Specifically designed as an integrated set of tools for dental practices to manage all aspects of practice operations whilst providing a full suite of group reporting, the modules consist of;
- unique Dental specific HR portal
- integrated Staff rota solution
- integrated recruitment module – fully automated from application to onboarding
- integrated supplier management portal
- consumables/stock management portal
Karen Penfold, MD Dental at Agilio Software, highlighted the significance of the acquisition saying, “The rich, dental specific features within the Inica modules are proven to drive operational efficiencies for practice owners and I look forward to integrating them with our current products and offering a full suite of connected solutions to our clients very soon”.
