Chairman

Dr Sian joined Agilio as Chairman at the formation of the Group in Nov 2019. He brings extensive experience in Health IT having led global businesses for over 20 years. He was previously CEO at Allocate Software and led the scaling up of that business into a global leader in SaaS based human resource management solutions. Prior to that Dr Sian spent 20+ years at IMS Health (now IQVIA) latterly as SVP Global Operations managing a team of over 6000 people across the globe and was part of the leadership team that led the hugely successful IPO of that business on the NYSE in 2014.

Neil joined Agilio in March 2020 and has been in senior leadership roles within the technology & healthcare IT business sectors over the last 15 years. Neil was MD at Servelec Healthcare in their Community, Mental Health and Acute markets and was previously MD at EMIS Health during the migration of over 5000 GP practices from legacy products to the then new SaaS based EMIS Web, a project that today still rates as the largest IT upgrade in NHS history. Neil was a non-executive of Leeds based Pharmacy2U and represented the EMIS shareholding until 2014. He also took the EMIS www.patient.info website from 1million unique subscribers to over 15million in 3 years. Prior to that Neil held senior roles at ISP Plusnet before becoming CEO after BT acquired them in 2007.

Jen joined the Agilio team in November 2019 as Group CFO. After qualifying as a pharmacist, Jen turned to accountancy, starting her career at E&Y before joining the private sector with roles at BT and Pearson. Jen has spent the majority of her career in senior roles in high growth businesses providing both strategic and operational leadership. Prior to joining the Agilio Group Jen was CFO of two leading pharmaceutical services business, Kinapse and Fishawack Health Group helping deliver on their ambitious growth strategies.

Steve joined Agilio as Chief Technology Officer in June 2021. Steve brings over 30 years of experience building and managing world class product and engineering teams within the SaaS space. Before Agilio, Steve spent 3 years as CTO of Giacom where he transformed their Product, Engineering and Infrastructure teams building several new own IP products and supporting the business growth from £13m to £60m in revenue. Prior to Giacom, Steve spent 10 years with Capita in several Director roles leading 500+ person engineering and product teams in several of their SaaS businesses. He has a strong entrepreneurial streak starting his first tech business at 17 and has held numerous CxO roles including COO of a public company.

Karen was appointed CHRO in Aug 2021 having previously led the CODE business that was the first platform for Agilio. She has a wealth of experience with over 18 years spent in HR and operations. Karen was the HR Director in two previous businesses and has successfully operated across charity, government and social enterprise. Karen was also instrumental in the development of both the iComply and iTeam software solutions and continues to bring her extensive HR knowledge to the ongoing progression of iTeam and HR initiatives across the Agilio business.

Andy was appointed MD of the Dental business in December 2022, bringing over 15 years of senior leadership experience across the dental industry both on the supply side as well as within corporate groups. Before Agilio, Andy was Business Development Director for Portman Dental Care, overseeing over 100 practice acquisitions, and Director of Business Solutions at Henry Schein where he held responsibility for Practice Brokerage, Financial Services and Business Solutions across 11 European markets.

David was appointed MD of the Primary Care business in Nov 2021 having joined the Agilio Group with the acquisition of Clarity Informatics Limited in April 2021 where he was Finance and Operations Director for a number of years. Prior to that he was a Director at Deloitte LLP for 19 years. In that time, he gained experience of advising a wide range of companies from fast growing private companies to established international businesses. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Accountants in England and Wales.

Paul has been MD of the Hospital business since Jul 2020. Prior to Agilio, Paul led Operations at Isopharm for over 20 years helping scale that business from its initiation to a leader in CPD and validation services. He also led the rapid growth of the Laboratory services and drove innovation in standards and testing methods.

Bob was appointed MD of the SME division after myhrtoolkit joined the Group in 2021. Following a career in the staffing industry, Bob joined myhrtoolkit in 2014, where he went on to oversee the expansion and strengthening of the business through a period of sustained growth. During this time, the business also achieved the ISO 27001 standard, reflecting their commitment to world class Data Security.
